(-) My flight from Madrid arrived at 11PM and so I wasn't able to book the bus trip to the city. It would have been helpful if the staff had given me other options to get to the city as I wanted to go on the canal cruise. I ended up taking the free shuttle to the airport then taking the train to the city. But this was recommended by another guest not the staff. Close to AMS airport. Slightly less expensive than other options. hotel is coldin feeling and the bar in particular lacks charm. No indication that you had to go with the car through the parking lot. Very nice restaurant. O.H.M. Very friendly en attentive staff Nice and comfortable room. Also, parking was unexpectedly charged at 20 euro for the night. Was inappropriate considering the location and the enormous parking space available. The best part of your hotel is the incredible service staff en the shuttle drivers. I was very sick last time I was there and they made me feel taken care off by sending up a complimentary sandwich. I very much appreciate every stay I have had with the Park plaza. Thank you. The lights were do dim that I could hardly see and then, to make matters worse the interior bathroom light stayed on all night. Brand new hotel, comfortable bed and spacious room with a view. La Place Express Plaza: verse panini’s en sapjes of een kant-en-klare maaltijd; bij La Place Express hebben ze het binnen de kortste keren voor je klaargemaakt. Stach: heerlijke sandwiches met verse producten en een koud sapje of een warme koffie. Hello Goodbye Bar: geniet van een broodje en een kopje koffie of nip aan uw favoriete drankje in een relaxte, huiselijke sfeer. Als u binnenkort gaat vliegen, brengen wij u graag snel en comfortabel naar Schiphol.
